Discovery & Deep Dive: understanding your organization's vision, values and goals, as well as the current state of HR and DEI in your workplace. Conduct interviews, surveys and focus groups with your leaders, employees and stakeholders to identify the strengths, gaps and opportunities for improvement.​

Assessment & Audit: Analyze the data collected from the discovery phase and benchmark your performance against best practices and industry standards. Provide you with a comprehensive report that highlights your areas of excellence and areas of development, along with recommendations and action plans.

Roadmap & Strategy Development: Work with you to design a customized roadmap and strategy that aligns with your business objectives and addresses your specific needs and challenges. Help you define your DEI vision, mission, values and goals, as well as the key performance indicators and metrics to measure progress and impact.

Implementation & Execution: Support you in implementing and executing your roadmap/strategy, from developing policies, programs and initiatives, to providing training, coaching and mentoring, to facilitating dialogue and feedback.
